Early Pocket Dress

This is just awesome in person! I took and antique plain heavy cotton baby slip and coffee dyed with cinnamon then backed to prim perfection.I then hand sewed a little flag pocket and then filled it with a tiny black doll with hand stitched face and wool hair some sweet annie for accent and a antique skeleton key attached with a rusty safety pin.It will come on the antique wood hanger with a rusty bell and Americana crow tag.This is a one of a kind item as real antique items were used in assembly.It meaures 21 inches long and 18 inches across bottom not including the hanger.

A great early needful! I took a old hardcover notebook or journal and covered it in old Red stripe homespun edges are frayed to give it a nice tattered feel.The front cover was then wrapped in old string and a small piece of dried tansy was knotted into the string.Tucked underneath is a antique photo of a little girlstanding at a old childs desk looking at pages or pictures,the photo is original and not a copy it is lightly soiled around the edges from age.Inside the book is lined sheets perfect if you wanted to journal but this is great to just display with your early prims.Beacause this was assembled using antique materials it has the real look of time that we prim lovers adore!Measures 8 by 6 inches.From my smoke free home.

These turned out great and so much detail! I found the vintage mold at flea market and immediatly knew what it was perfect for! These are handpoured Beeswax scented in chestnut & brown sugar(natural) or Pumpkin Pie (black) then rubbed with cinnamon to give them that great aged & dirty look we love! I've already punched a small hole and will include some gingham if you like to hang.These would be great on a old cupboard door, Decorating your christmas tree,On a wreath.Tucked in a dough bowl or displayed on a shelf amongst your prims.Measures a little over 5 inches tall and 4.5 inches long.

I Hand sculpted the body and give each twig legs that I gather on our walks.The bodies even have little tails sticking out.Then I wrap them in real sheeps wool.The wools I use are from pennsylvania pet sheep and have wonderful variations in the colors and lots of curly Q's.Each sheep is approx 3 inches.Each purchase will recive 1 sheep.
