Punch Needle Basket

A sweet little mini-rug of two black & white kitty cats with navy & yellow fans attached to the front of a prim wooden basket. I think the fans kind of look like flowers too! (Pattern design by Betty Dekat 2008).

The basket measures approximately: 7" long x 5 1/2" width x 4 1/2" tall.This punch-needle embroidery was punched using 6-strands of DMC cotton floss on weaver's cloth. It was then trimmed and attached to a two-handled prim wooden basket.

Prim Ginger Pinkeep

How prim and sweet! A sewing mannequin pinkeep to keep your pins! Or you can use her for decoration.

Miss Ginger stands almost 16" tall and is 5" wide at her skirt bottom with lace. She sits upon a wooden spool that I painted and added a sweet berry sprig. Her apron has a hand-embroidered gingerbread man and candies. I then walnut-stained the fabric to make it more "prim". She has a button necklace, a cute gingerbread man on her heart, and bell pin.
