Journey Mini Journal with Darling Old Baby Photo

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step....

This is so sweet! This is one of my small spiral bound notebooks, with a natural brown chipboard cover and 10 "brown paper bag" pages. Size is 3 1/2" x 5 1/4" There is a key ring attatched to the spiral, to attatch it to a bag or key!

On the front, I did a collage with a background of vintage looking script paper, the darling little child's photo, the glass look quote tile and a piece of antique look ruler paper! All the papers are inked with brown for a more prim look!One of a kind and from my smoke free home :)

My Primitive Heart Sewn from Grubby Vintage Ticking

This is a very prim, very grubby heart, made of vintage ticking. On the front, I sewed an old doily, then added the young girls picture, printed on muslin. The picture is very faded and wonderfully OLD looking!

This heart is 9 1/2" wide and 10 1/2" long, not including the rusty wire for hanging. I sewed several white vintage buttons across the seam in the back for a special extra touch!

One of a kind, stuffed with polyfill and from my smoke free home!

Early Memories Primitive Heart Pillow with Baby Photo

Early Memories...

This is a very prim heart pillow, made of real vintage ticking in cream and blue...I grunged this up so it looks even older! On the front, I sewed a grubby doily, then added the baby picture, printed on muslin. The picture is VERY old looking, even has a "ghostly" quality to it!

This heart is 8" wide and 14" long, not including the rusty wire for hanging. I sewed a row of white vintage buttons on the seam in the back for a special extra touch! If you would rather not hang it, the wire can easily be removed!Stuffed with polyfil, one of a kind and from my smoke free home :)

Here is a great primitive style altered art bingo card, makes a perfect gift tag, ornament, or use it to add a special touch to your home or paper projects!

The old bingo card is 4"x6 1/4", a cream colored card with green graphics, made of chipboard. I did the collage with a page torn from an antique hymnal, the reproduced collage image of the man and wife, the title of the hymn "Loving Kindness", and old fashioned letters to spell "LOVE" All the papers are inked for a more prim look! It has chocolate brown seam binding ribbon for tying or hanging!One of a kind and from my smoke free home :)

Here is a set of 3 of my mini altered bingo card tags, perfect for gift giving, ornaments, or paper projects like scrapbooking or cardmaking! Add them to your handmades or antiques for a special touch too!

These are my small bingo card tags...they measure 2 1/2" x 3 1/2", and have black graphics printed on tan "Kraft" cardstock. I used a great vintage photo reprint of a little girl and her toy, along with captions spelled out in a mix of words and letters. All the papers are inked for a more prim look, and have a variety of black and cream grosgrain ribbons for hanging or tying!One of a kind set and from my smoke free home :)

Key to my Heart Primitive Valentine Pillow with an Altered Twist and Tag

The key to my heart...

LoVE this pillow! It is made from vintage blue, white and red ticking, then has a large heart cut from an antique cutter quilt in the same color scheme, blanket stitched to the front. I then added a big black old button, a real vintage skeleton key, and one of my grubby tags that says "Key to my Heart"

Size on this one is 8 1/2" x 11" It is stuffed with polyfil, but not too full, so it has a flat, early feel to it!Great prim touch for your home at Valentine's Day or everyday, or as a gift for a prim lover!From my smoke free home and one of a kind!

Here is a dozen of my prim crow tags. these are my small approx 1"x3" grubby primitive tags, with stained cotton strings.
